If you're here, you probably don't want another stiff, posed family portrait — you want the version of your family that actually looks like you. The one where your toddler's real laugh makes it into the shot — meltdown five minutes earlier included & nobody's faking a smile for the camera.

That's what I shoot for. Every session, every time.

A little about me: I'm Alisa and outside of sessions you'll usually find me knitting yet another sweater, cooking something too elaborate for a weeknight, or being the best jungle gym my kids have ever had.

I also think a lot about what happens to photos after the session ends — which is part of why privacy is built into how I work, not an afterthought. Your family's photos are yours: kept, not posted, unless you say otherwise.

You should know

I've re-watched more British murder mysteries than I'll admit to.
Diet Coke and ice cream are my guilty pleasures. Not together. I have standards.
A warm pain au chocolat from Boulted Bread will fix almost any bad day.
My daughter and I have a whole Maileg world going, and yes, the mice have names.
I will absolutely stop a session so your kid can look at a bug.
Sometimes I hide in my bathroom for 2 minutes of peace.
